This product has undergone testing to ensure that it is in a perfect working condition. Tested and working means that there is no further warranty provided and is meant for trade clients whom understand the risk in buying secondhand items without a warranty.
Our products are quality approved and professionally refurbished. In contrast to second-hand equipment, all refurbished products are stress-tested and benchmarked against certain standards to ensure proper component function and longevity.
All refurbished computers are given a fresh operating system installation or re-licenses with new Microsoft Software that is specifically designed for refurbished equipment.
All of our equipment are graded according to its cosmetic condition:
Grade A: This is the highest possible grade and reflects that the product is in excellent or very good condition and can be reasonably considered to be like new or similar. Some Grade A items may have minor cosmetic marks or light scratches, or shiny areas from use on the keyboard or mouse/trackpad.
Grade B: Products feature some light marks and scratches that are noticeably visible to the user, including shiny keys and surfaces around the keyboard. Grade B products show more signs of previous use, but the functionality remains the same as Grade A products.
Our grading criteria is based solely on cosmetic condition. Products classified with lower grades will have more notable cosmetic blemishes, however, all grades are tested and cleaned to have the same functionality and performance as well as the same warranty.
All equipment come with a 12-month carry-in warranty unless stated otherwise on the product. All faulty equipment will be repaired or swapped out for the same product, should we not be able to repair the unit or swap it for the same model we will suggest an alternative unit or refund the full purchase price. Should the warranty seal be tampered with or broken your warranty will be void. Damages caused by power surges & spikes are not covered by your warranty. Laptop batteries are not covered under warranty.

Delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout and is subject to your location and the weight and dimensions of your order.
For deliveries to major cities, orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. For areas outside the major cities, it may take between 4-7 working days. However, we’ll do everything possible to ensure it is received sooner.
Deliveries are made during business hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Alternatively, if you reside in Cape Town, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout for free. Orders are ready for collection within 1-2 business days at our Cape Town warehouse: Unit 5 Brackengate Business Park, 6 Paris Road, Brackenfell, Cape Town.
