Should you be unhappy with your product or decide to buy another, you may return the product within 7 days for a refund or replacement. Refunds or exchanges can take up to 14 days. Returns may be subject to a handling fee of up to 20% of the value of the product.
All equipment comes with a 12-month carry-in warranty unless stated otherwise on the product. Faulty equipment will be repaired or swapped out for the same product. Should we not be able to repair the unit or swap it for the same model we will suggest an alternative unit or refund the full purchase price.
Should the warranty seal be tampered with or broken your warranty will be void. Damages caused by power surges & spikes are not covered by your warranty. Laptop batteries are not covered under warranty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
