Door-to-Door Delivery

Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, plus the weight and dimensions of your order.
Major Cities: Expect delivery within 2-4 working days.
Outside Major Cities: Allow 4-7 working days – though we’ll pull out all the stops to get it to you sooner!
Deliveries happen during business hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Pricing: Starts at just R45 for local small shipments and R60 for main centre small parcels.
How It Works: Select “Bob Box Lockers” at checkout, and we’ll send you a unique code to access your parcel at your chosen locker location. Perfect for when you can’t be home or want flexibility!

How It Works:
- Apply for an account during checkout.
- Enjoy 3x zero-fee, zero-interest payments:
  - 1st Payment: Immediately.
  - 2nd Payment: End of the current month (or next month if purchased after the 15th).
  - 3rd Payment: End of the next month.

NEW! PayU – Featuring RCS & Mobicred

What: PayU is our latest payment gateway, offering credit options through RCS and Mobicred for ultimate flexibility.
RCS (Store Card):
- A retail credit card accepted at over 30,000 stores in South Africa.
- How It Works: Choose PayU at checkout, select RCS, and apply or log in. Shop now, pay later with up to 55 days interest-free if settled on time. Interest applies per the National Credit Act if unpaid, linked to your RCS account.
Mobicred:
- A revolving credit facility for online and in-store shopping at over 4,000 South African retailers (e.g. Takealot, Superbalist, Pick n Pay, etc).
- How It Works: Select PayU, pick Mobicred, and sign in or apply. Get up to R50,000 credit (subject to approval). Pay a minimum of 7.5% of your balance monthly via debit order with 22.25% annual interest (variable, linked to the repo rate, as of March 2025). No fixed repayment term – pay early via EFT with no penalties. An admin fee (e.g. R25) applies when there’s a balance, plus a once-off initiation fee (e.g. R100) at account opening.
