Delivery / Collection 

We offer door-to-door delivery across South Africa. Orders over R5000 qualify for free delivery!

Delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout and is subject to your location and the weight and dimensions of your order.

For deliveries to major cities, orders are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. For areas outside the major cities, it may take between 4-7 working days. However, we’ll do everything possible to ensure it is received sooner.

Deliveries are made during business hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Alternatively, if you reside in Cape Town, you can select “Local Pickup” at checkout for free. Orders are ready for collection within 1-2 business days at our Cape Town warehouse: Unit 5 Brackengate Business Park, 6 Paris Road, Brackenfell, Cape Town.

Payment Options

We offer secure payment gateways through YOCO and Peach Payments.

YOCO provides you with the option to pay with your credit or debit card, or via Instant EFT.

Peach Payments provides you with a few options to pay which includes the following: Visa and Mastercard payments, Instant EFT, Scan To Pay, 1Voucher, FinChoicePay, and ZeroPay. The last two being flexible payment methods which can be used to shop now and pay later!

FinChoicePay:

• Apply for an account during checkout once you have selected FinChoicePay via the Peach Payments gateway.
• Up to R50,000 credit.
• 3-12 Months repayment periods.

ZeroPay:

• Apply for an account during checkout once you have selected ZeroPay via the Peach Payments gateway.
• 3x Zero fee, zero interest payments.
• 1st Payment: Immediately
• 2nd Payment: End of month
• 3rd Payment: End of the next month.
• If you purchase after the 15th of the month, your 2nd payment will only be scheduled for the end of the next month.

1Voucher:

• 1Voucher allows customer to purchase a voucher at their local store with cash, and then redeem that voucher when buying goods and services online.
• You can buy 1Vouchers at thousands of purchase points across the country.
• This is a great option if you are wary of sharing your bank card details online.
• No hidden fees. 1Voucher is tried and tested, with over 10 million transactions per month.

Scan To Pay:

• QR codes make for easy payment without needing to use your card.
• Fully secure with bank-enabled 3DSecure 2 factor authentication.
• Payments can be made directly from these supported apps: Masterpass, ABSA Capitec, FNB Pay, RMB Pay, Nedbank Money, Standard Bank, VodaPay, Telkom Pay, Spot Money.
