We want you to love your purchase from the moment it arrives.
- Hassle-Free Returns: If you’re not fully satisfied within 7 days of delivery, you may return the product in its original, undamaged condition—no explanation needed. We’ll make it simple and stress-free.
- Faulty on Arrival: Should your product arrive faulty, we’ll take full responsibility—covering return shipping costs and offering you the choice of a swift repair, replacement, or refund. We aim to resolve this within 10 business days, keeping you informed every step of the way.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters beyond the first week.
- Extended Support: Between 7 and 30 days from delivery, if your product doesn’t meet your expectations due to a fault, you may return it. You’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- Our Promise: Once we receive it, our expert team will assess the item and work with you to repair, replace, or refund it based on your preference and our findings—delivering a solution tailored to your needs.
6–12 Month Warranty
We stand behind the durability of our refurbished equipment.
- Coverage You Can Trust: Every product comes with a 6- to 12-month carry-in warranty (or as specified per item), starting from the date of invoice. This ensures long-term value and performance.
- Warranty Support: If a fault arises, contact us on 021 905 8874 or support@justpcs.co.za. If we cannot resolve the problem via phone or remote support, simply return the product to us (you’ll pay the shipping costs). We’ll prioritize a repair or replacement with the same model to get you back up and running. If neither option is viable, we’ll offer an alternative unit or a full refund. Should you prefer a refund over our repair or replacement options, a handling fee of up to 20% may apply to cover our restocking efforts.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty doesn’t cover issues arising from: power surges, or laptop battery wear / malfunction after 30 days. Unauthorized repair, upgrades or tampering with the warranty seal will void your warranty.
Streamlined Return Process
We’ve made returns straightforward to save you time and effort:
- Pack with Care: Please secure your product in a sturdy box (not a flyer bag or envelope) to ensure it arrives safely. This helps us process your request without delays.
- Shipping Responsibility: If returned items arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement—but we’re here to guide you on packing if needed.

- Shipping Costs: You’ll cover return shipping unless the product arrives faulty within 7 days (just let us know promptly). Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and if applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund for transparency.
