Grade C refurbished items have more noticeable signs of wear or cosmetic imperfections. They may have scratches, dents, or other blemishes but are still operational.
Our grading criteria is based solely on cosmetic condition. Products classified with lower grades will have more notable cosmetic blemishes, however, all grades are tested and cleaned to have the same functionality and performance.

Our products are quality approved and professionally refurbished. In contrast to second-hand equipment, all refurbished products are stress-tested and benchmarked against certain standards to ensure proper component function and longevity.

All of our equipment are graded according to its cosmetic condition:
Our Grade A refurbished products are in excellent condition with minimal to no signs of wear.
Our Grade B refurbished products are in good condition with noticeable signs of wear such as scratches, minor scuffs, or hairline cracks on the exterior.
Our Grade C refurbished products are in fair condition with moderate signs of wear such as visible scratches and/or hairline cracks. This includes minor scratches & dead pixels on LCD’s.
