30-Day Money Back Guarantee
- All refurbished products purchased from JUST PC are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated.
- The first 7 days of ownership, a “no questions asked” return policy applies. You may return the product for a full refund, regardless of the reason.
- After the initial 7-day period, the money-back guarantee is only valid if the product is found to be faulty.
- Please note that shipping / courier costs are non-refundable.
- Products sold as “second-hand” are only eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may exchange it within 7 days.
12-Month Carry-In Warranty
- All refurbished products, excluding those sold as “second-hand,” come with a 12-month carry-in warranty.
- Under this warranty, faulty products will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.
- The customer is responsible for transporting the product to and from JUST PC’s repair center.

Important Notes:
- Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, abuse, power surges or spikes, or unauthorized modifications.
- Warranty coverage does not include consumable items (e.g., batteries, ink cartridges).
- Warranty coverage does not include cosmetic damage.
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- Should the warranty seal be tampered with or broken your warranty will be void.
Second-Hand Products
- Products sold as “second-hand” are marketed for trade clients and are sold “as is.”
- These products come with only a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may exchange it within 7 days.
- No further warranty is provided for second-hand products. By purchasing a second-hand product, you agree to the terms of purchasing the product “as is.”
